The Service

The Services let you generate, manage and display images on your Linkuadro e-ink canvas. Using artificial intelligence, you can generate images based on the text prompts you enter, and send them to your Canvas. Some features are free; others may in the future require payment. We may modify features, or introduce charges for our services, at any time; any charges will be clearly communicated to you before they apply.

Accounts

To use the image-generation features you must create an account with a valid email address and verify it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your device and your access to the Application. Notify us at customerservice@linkuadro.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

Free credits

Your account may receive a number of free AI image-generation credits over a given period (for example, a daily allowance). These free credits are provided at our discretion, may vary by user, region, device, platform or period, reset and/or expire according to the applicable rules, cannot be carried over, accumulated, exchanged for cash or transferred to another account, and do not constitute a permanent or guaranteed right. We may change, limit, suspend or discontinue them at any time to the extent permitted by law.

Paid features (if and when offered)

If we introduce paid features or subscriptions, they will be sold and billed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You will see the applicable price and terms before purchase and must manage or cancel any subscription through that store. We do not collect or store your full payment details. Except where required by law or by the store's policies, payments are non-refundable.

AI-generated content

Your prompts and outputs

You keep the rights to the images you generate ("Output"); we do not claim ownership of your prompts or Output, and you may use your Output for personal or commercial purposes at your own risk. Because of how generative AI works, similar prompts may produce similar results, so your Output may not be unique, and we make no warranty as to its originality or exclusivity.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the prompts you enter and the content you generate. You must not create content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others (including copyright, privacy or image rights), or is defamatory, sexual, hateful, violent, deceptive or otherwise objectionable, and you must not use images of real people without their consent.

Disclosure

If you share your Output with others, we encourage you to disclose that it was created with artificial intelligence, and you must not present it as a genuine photograph of a real event.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property in the Services — including our software, firmware, models, designs and logos — belong to us or our licensors. Unauthorised copying or modification of the Application or our trademarks, extracting or reverse engineering the source code, translating the Application, or creating derivative versions is strictly prohibited. You must not use the Services to build a competing product, interfere with or overload the Services, bypass security or usage limits, or use bots, scrapers or other automated access.

Your device, connection and charges

Some functions require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). We are not responsible if the Services do not work at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi or exhausted data allowance. If you use the App outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider's terms still apply and you may incur data or roaming charges, for which you are responsible; if you are not the bill payer, we assume you have the bill payer's permission. It is also your responsibility to keep your device charged; we are not responsible if your device runs out of battery and you cannot access the Services.

Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party providers, which have their own terms, including:

We are not responsible for third-party services or materials, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Updates and termination

We may update the Application from time to time; operating-system requirements may change, and you may need to download updates to keep using it. We do not guarantee that we will always update the Application or keep it compatible with your device's OS version, and you agree to accept updates when offered. We may also cease providing the Application or terminate its use at any time without notice. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end and you must stop using and, if necessary, delete the Application.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or always available, or that any information made available through third parties is accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights and liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by posting the updated Terms here and, for material changes, through the Services or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect is deemed acceptance.
