Who is the data controller

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information: first name, last name and email address, provided when you create an account. Your password is handled by our authentication provider and is never visible to us.
• Content you enter: the text prompts you type to generate images, and the images generated from them.
• Communications: information you send us when you contact support.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: device type and model, operating system, app version, preferred language, and technical log data such as your IP address, the pages/screens of the Application you use, and the date, time and duration of use.
• Credit/usage records: your image-generation credit balance and its usage, to enforce free daily limits.

Location permission (Android)

On Android, the App may need to request the location permission because the operating system requires it in order to scan for and connect to Bluetooth (BLE) devices such as your Canvas. We do not use this permission to determine or track your geographic location, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling or "personalized content". The App does not collect precise GPS location.

Why we use your data and legal bases (GDPR)

• To create and manage your account and provide the Services — performance of a contract.
• To generate images from your prompts and enforce credit limits — performance of a contract.
• To send account emails (email verification, password reset) — performance of a contract.
• To secure the Services, prevent abuse and troubleshoot — legitimate interest.
• To analyse aggregated, anonymised usage in order to improve the Services — legitimate interest.
• To send you optional marketing communications — only with your separate, opt-in consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To comply with legal obligations — legal obligation.

How prompts and images are processed

When you generate an image, the text prompt you enter is sent to our image-generation provider(s) to produce the image, which is then returned to you and can be sent to your Canvas. You are responsible for the prompts you enter (see the Terms & Conditions).

Sharing and third-party services

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers ("sub-processors") who process it on our behalf, under contract, solely to provide the Services:

• Google Firebase / Google Play Services — user authentication and standard mobile platform services. Privacy Policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting of our backend (Workers), our database (which stores your name, email and credit balance), and the AI image-generation service.
• FLUX.1 schnell — the model that generates images from your prompts.

Only aggregated, anonymised data is periodically transmitted to analytics-type external services to help us improve the Services. We may also disclose information: (a) as required by law or legal process; (b) in good faith to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or respond to a government request; and (c) to trusted service providers who act on our behalf and are bound by this Policy.

International data transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example in the United States). Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Data retention and deletion

We retain the data you provide for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from the app settings or by contacting us. If you want us to delete the data you provided, email customerservice@linkuadro.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Anonymised data that no longer identifies you may be retained for statistics and service improvement.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA, under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact customerservice@linkuadro.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Opt-out. You can stop all collection by the Application by uninstalling it, using your device or app-store uninstall process. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding your information and provide physical, electronic and procedural measures (including encryption in transit and access controls) to protect the information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Services are not intended for and are not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required for digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us data can contact customerservice@linkuadro.com.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by posting the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, through the Services or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect is deemed acceptance.

Your consent

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set out in this Privacy Policy, now and as amended.
